TECHNICAL AND CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT INTRODUCED IN GLASS FOR WINES AND SIMILAR

INTRODUCTION

001 O presente relatório descritivo de Patente de Modelo de Utilidade refere-se a Disposição Técnica e Construtiva Introduzida em Taça Para Vinhos e Assemelhados, doravante denominada de Taça Para Vinhos, a qual foi desenvolvida para atender o consumo de vinhos, bem como a degustação dos mesmos, de forma individualizada, ou seja, em dose única.001 This utility model patent descriptive report refers to the Technical and Constructive Arrangement Introduced in a Glass for Wines and Similar Products, hereinafter referred to as a Glass for Wines, which was developed to meet the consumption of wines, as well as the tasting of individually, that is, in a single dose.

PURPOSES

006 Uma segunda finalidade refere-se à disponibilização da taça, em função da sua capacidade, para atender uma pessoa já que o conteúdo possui uma capacidade preferencial de até 200ml, ou seja, conforma uma dose única.006 A second purpose refers to the availability of the cup, depending on its capacity, to serve one person since the content has a preferential capacity of up to 200ml, that is, it forms a single dose.

PROBLEMS TO SOLVE

009 Conforme é de conhecimento geral, os vinhos servidos em qualquer restaurante, são normalmente acondicionados pelos produtores em garrafas padronizadas contendo 750ml e 375ml, sendo este último conhecido como meia garrafa, para consumo em grupo.009 As is well known, wines served in any restaurant are normally packaged by producers in standardized bottles containing 750ml and 375ml, the latter being known as half a bottle, for group consumption.

010 É sabido também o fato de que as vezes um consumidor/consumidora, quer somente beber uma única taça e que, pelas quantidades contidas nas garrafas, esse consumidor/consumidora releva a bebida e escolhe outro tipo de bebida. STATUS OF THE TECHNIQUE

013 Da análise dos problemas encontrados e visando a colocação no mercado de um produto dotado com características próprias de desenvolvimento, pesquisas de anterioridades foram realizadas junto ao Banco de Dados do INPI e foram encontrados os seguintes documentos:

- BR 20 2018 015371-0 depositada em 27/07/2018 e publicada em 04/02/2020 sob o título de “DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM TAÇA PARA O ENVASE DE BEBIDAS EM DOSE INDIVIDUAL”, é descrito uma disposição construtiva aplicada em taça para o envase de bebidas em dose individual, objeto do presente modelo de utilidade, tem como objetivo resolver os inconvenientes descritos no estado da técnica através de uma estrutura (10), em formato de copo ou taça destinado para consumo de bebidas alcoólicas em geral, a qual foi aprimorada sua construtividade, de modo a resultar em uma taça que permite o envase do líquido diretamente em seu interior, mantendo a bebida hermeticamente fechada através de uma tampa (20) junto à rosca (12) do bocal (11).
- BR 20 2014 029822-9 depositada em 28/11/2014 e publicada em 03/10/2017 sob o título de "DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM TAÇA PARA DEGUSTAÇÃO DE PRODUTOS ALIMENTÍCIOS", compreendido por uma taça formado a partir de uma base, da qual estende-se ascendentemente um segmento cônico disposto em forma de arco que finda-se em um anel sextavado, que projeta ascendentemente e obliquamente diversos trapézios em ângulos positivos, cuja secções superiores descrevem raios configurando diversos vértices, sobre os quais verifica-se um bocal cilíndrico, formando uma cavidade interna, sendo dita taça confeccionada de polímero.

013 From the analysis of the problems found and aiming at placing on the market a product with its own development characteristics, prior researches were carried out with the INPI Database and the following documents were found:

- BR 20 2018 015371-0 filed on 07/27/2018 and published on 02/04/2020 under the title of “CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION APPLIED IN A BOWL FOR THE PILLING OF BEVERAGES IN INDIVIDUAL DOSE”, a constructive arrangement applied in a cup is described for the filling of drinks in individual doses, object of this utility model, aims to solve the drawbacks described in the state of the art through a structure (10), in the shape of a cup or cup intended for the consumption of alcoholic beverages in general, which its construction was improved, in order to result in a cup that allows the filling of the liquid directly inside, keeping the drink hermetically closed through a lid (20) next to the thread (12) of the mouthpiece (11).
- BR 20 2014 029822-9 filed on 11/28/2014 and published on 10/03/2017 under the title of "CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION APPLIED IN A BOWL FOR TASTING FOOD PRODUCTS", comprising a cup formed from a base, from which extends upwards a conical segment arranged in the form of an arc that ends in a hexagonal ring, which projects upwards and obliquely several trapezoids at positive angles, whose upper sections describe rays configuring several vertices, on which there is a cylindrical nozzle, forming an internal cavity, said cup being made of polymer.

014 Da análise comparativa entre os documentos encontrados e a Taça Para Vinho ora em questão, constata-se que as anterioridades são totalmente diferentes e tão somente refletem o estado geral da técnica, motivo pelo qual consideramos que não há impedimentos de ordem técnica nem legal para a concessão do privilégio solicitado.014 From the comparative analysis between the documents found and the Wine Cup in question, it appears that the prior art is totally different and only reflects the general state of the art, which is why we consider that there are no technical or legal impediments to granting the requested privilege.

TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRESS

015 A Taça Para Vinhos compreende uma taça fabricada em materiais termoplásticos, preferencialmente em Poliestireno Cristal, PP - Polipropileno translucido ou colorido, policarbonato e inclusive em acrílico, a qual, quando do processo de enchimento realizado sob rígidas normas de higiene, refere-se a uma dose única de vinho, tinto, branco ou rosé, e inclusive de espumante, além de drinks e coquetéis diversos, após o que, é aplicado o selo de fechamento, este em alumínio ou papel metalizado, destacando-se que o avanço tecnológico reside na disponibilização da taça, em função da sua capacidade, dose preferencial de até 200ml para conformar uma dose única.015 The Wine Glass comprises a glass made of thermoplastic materials, preferably in Crystal Polystyrene, PP - Translucent or colored polypropylene, polycarbonate and even acrylic, which, when the filling process is carried out under strict hygiene standards, refers to a single dose of wine, red, white or rosé, and even sparkling wine, in addition to various drinks and cocktails, after which the closing seal is applied, this one in aluminum or metallized paper, highlighting that the technological advance resides in the availability of the cup, depending on its capacity, a preferential dose of up to 200ml to form a single dose.
