DIGITAL ADVERTISING ON POSTS WITH INDICATIVE PLATES - PLATES AND TOPonymic sets - OF NAMES OF STREET, AVENUES, PUBLIC PLACES AND SQUARES WITH DIGITAL SCREEN SYSTEM

[001] The present patent application refers to an advertising technology on street name plates, transforming this static advertising into digital advertising with an integrated internet system to make the entry of advertisements dynamic.

[002] The product referred to here was developed with the aim of transmitting digital advertising in video and/or image on the corners, through a fairing that has internal equipment and full color digital screen, fixed to the upper base of the posts with name plates street and toponymic sets.

[003] The toponymic sets in some cities already have advertising, but they are static and without any technology, LED screen or any other type of digital electronics.

[004] Another problem of static advertisements in toponymic sets is the fragility of the material used, which is easily degraded either by human action or by bad weather.

[005] In toponymic sets with static advertising and backlight, it is impossible to have the same pattern of media production and the impossibility of alternating by day, hour, minute or second of the advertisers' advertisements for a better exploitation of the advertising space.

[007] Considering that there were no improvements, alterations and modernization, and the current static model also has a great fragility and high rate of depredation, the purpose of this patent application is to improve and configure a new proposal for use that consists of two LEDs with automatic brightness adjustment, waterproof on each side of the cabinet made of galvanized steel, and the LEDs receive internet via an internal router capable of providing connection.

[008] The router and digital screens will be connected to the electrical network through the wiring that will pass through the base of the pole (2) which consists of a galvanized steel structure.

[009] The project consists on one side with a frame for static advertisements and on the other side with a digital screen (3), whether LCD, LED or any other type, high resolution, with automatic brightness adjustment, waterproof. [011] The toponymic with the fairing may have digital screens on both sides, such as two sides or a digital face and a static one, which can be horizontal or vertical, and replaces the advertising or informational boards placed on top of the toponymics, and this type of product is designed to have a standard 3.0 meter height from the base of the pole to the control box with digital displays.

[012] The system is managed remotely and the software was designed to play advertisements in HD (high definition) format, this system being remotely monitored through specific software, having a dedicated software to display all advertisements organized in different playlists of according to the schedules, screens, locations and exhibition time chosen by the advertiser, making the advertisement dynamic and being able to be segmented into different content in video or digital image.

[013] The internet supply, both for internal access of digital screens and for supply to the population, is carried out by an internal router (6) or an equipment responsible for routing and providing internet that is connected by electrical cabling or on the screen itself which is also connected via electrical cabling.

[014] The software used does not restrict the sending of advertisements, images, videos and calls through the application system or website by smartphones, computers, tablets or any other devices capable of accessing, but can also meet the demands of large advertisers in various screens at the same time at pre-set times, so global brands can advertise remotely and/or buy and allocate advertising space on a large scale.

[015] The system used is monitored remotely through software, making it possible to insert and/or remove the videos and/or images sent, eliminating sheets of paper and plastic structures that harm the environment.

[016] The user will be able to send their videos and images through an application for mobile devices and or any devices capable of accessing our sending software or using the website, in this way an automatic payment fee will be generated based on the parameters developed by the sending software.

[017] In addition to the structure of digital screens, software and other hardware, the project has a high resolution monitoring camera (7) capable of transmitting images via IP, and which is located at the top of the galvanized pole next to the cabinet, which enables monitoring by the public administration and public security forces, in addition to the use of coupled software to aid local security operations, among other uses.

[018] The captured images can be accessed from pre-determined access keys, both by the municipal, state and/or federal administration and by the company licensed by this product.

[019] All electronic equipment will be housed in a cabinet (1) constructed of galvanized steel sheet steel with shutter (8) for ventilation.

[025] The component of the invention is the upper part attached to the pole, in order to promote a better installation or maintenance of the equipment for as long as necessary, without interrupting the passage of vehicles or passersby.

[026] Currently, among the advertisements found on poles with street name plates, there is none that resembles or performs the same function as the proposed project. In general, they are fixed signs that do not have any digital characteristics, do not interact with any system and do not have advertising exchange in timed times.

[027] Currently they are included in the patents in the name of the same applicant, but with other specifications, for this reason the Patent applied for is digital faces in toponymics with street signs, squares and public places and has different sets of physical specifications.

[028] The product may also perform the partial function of displaying information of public interest to the city hall and information about climate, weather and traffic.

[029] Therefore, we conclude that it is a product that brings many benefits not only to the person responsible for the installation (maintenance), to the customer who will broadcast the ad, but there is also a social issue applied to the benefit of the product with the population and city halls of the areas where the units of this product can be implanted.
