Abstract

O presente modelo de utilidade trata-se de uma haste ajustável no formato anatômico facial, produzida através de tecnologias trimensionais, utilizando escaneamento tridimensional e manufatura aditava. É uma peça única, com mecanismos flexíveis, utilizada como dispositivo de proteção individual, que possui dois arcos: um externo (4) com disposição de pinos (1A, 1B, 1C, 2A e 2B) e um interno (3) com superfície lisa.

ROD FOR SIMPLIFIED FACE PROTECTOR

[001] O presente modelo de utilidade trata-se de uma haste de proteção facial para uso humano desenvolvido através de tecnologias tridimensionais que proporcionam simplicidade, economia e modelagem ao produto, com aplicação na área de dispositivos médicos de proteção individual para região facial, quando acoplada a viseira plástica e ao fecho ajustável recomendados pela ANVISA.[001] The present utility model is a facial protection rod for human use developed through three-dimensional technologies that provide simplicity, economy and modeling to the product, with application in the area of personal protection medical devices for the facial region, when attached to the plastic visor and the adjustable clasp recommended by ANVISA.

[002] Atualmente, as hastes de proteção facial existentes são dispositivos que contém parafusos nas extremidades e/ou orifícios para passagem dos elásticos, como descrito nas patentes brasileiras: MU 6802837, MU 7100795, MU 7300750, MU 73006670. É notório que as hastes necessitam ser confortáveis com o menor número de componentes para evitar lesões durante o seu uso. Na patente MU 7300750 a haste apresenta dois parafusos na extremidade e uma porca para alocar a viseira, na patente MU 7100795, há bordas arqueadas incorporada a uma porção frontal ou testeira. Enquanto que a MU 6802837, descreve um protetor com armação estrutural de óculos e a MU 73006670 faz a incorporação de uma faixa de espuma retangular cuja a face anterior fixa-se na borda superior da película, retornando o transtorno de uma peça volumosa. Nas patentes internacionais US 9949517, US 4856109 A, US3214767A, US6996846B1 também se observa o acumulo de peças na composição geral e a presença de orifícios para proporcionar a junção destas. A patente US 9949517 apresenta apenas uma pequena janela de visualização transparente, uma almofada de espuma na testa e uma fita elástica não ajustável. Já a patente US 4856109 A apresenta grande quantidade de orifícios e dobradiças para receber e engatar os retentores nela existentes. A patente US3214767A contém uma pluraridade de pinos de fixação flagelados que se estendem por uma saliência lateral, além disso é uma peça complexa com dupla curvatura convexa na parte anterior que convergem na região posterior.
