Abstract

Para animais recém operados garantindo menor fricção na região abdominal e diferentes opções de aplicação além dos cuidados após castração, como em casos de alergias, problemas dermatológicos, aplicação de remédios e após cirurgias em outras regiões do corpo do animal. Para tanto, a roupa veterinária pós-cirúrgica (1) é fabricada a partir de uma única peça de tecido (8), isenta de costura na região do abdômen e laterais, apresentando ainda uma extensão junto às aberturas para as patas traseiras (9), costurada nestas em configuração de “calça” (11), e uma extensão junto à gola (2), costurada nesta em configuração de gola alta (12) para três variações distintas: uma com calça (11); uma com gola alta (12); e uma tanto com calça (11) quanto com gola alta (12).

Description

PROVISION APPLIED IN POST SURGICAL VETERINARY CLOTHING

[001] Refere-se o presente relatório a um pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade para uma atualização aplicada em roupa veterinária pós-cirúrgica, para animais recém operados, a qual é fabricada a partir de uma única peça de tecido e, por isso, é isenta de costura na região abdominal e em suas laterais, evitando fricção nestas regiões.[001] This report refers to a patent application for a utility model for an update applied to post-surgical veterinary clothing for newly operated animals, which is manufactured from a single piece of fabric and therefore , is free of sewing in the abdominal region and on its sides, avoiding friction in these regions.

TECHNICAL STATUS

Já nas fêmeas, a cirurgia consiste na retirada dos ovários e útero por meio de uma incisão normalmente próxima ao umbigo. Nos dois procedimento, o corte recebe pontos (que podem ser externos e devem ser retirados posteriormente ou internos, sem a necessidade de retirada) e eles exigem cuidados após castração.[005] Castration surgery is performed in different ways in dogs and cats, males and females. [010] Para esses cuidados, ao longo dos anos foram sendo criados novos tipos e desenhos dessas roupas para esta importante etapa após a cirurgia, como é o exemplo do documento exposto abaixo, depositado pelo mesmo Titular deste presente pedido de patente:
- BR 102017009446-4, intitulado “ROUPA VETERINÁRIA PÓS-CIRÚRGICA COM GOLA PARA SISTEMA DE ALÍVIO DE PRESSÃO JUNTO AO PESCOÇO, DORSO E ABDOME, DURANTE MOVIMENTAÇÃO DO ANIMAL”, o qual pleiteia uma adaptação realizada na gola de roupas veterinárias de uso após intervenção cirúrgica, em especial castração, tanto em machos quanto em fêmeas. Em sua fabricação, a roupa recebe dois recortes curvos e reentrantes, formando uma abertura semicircular na gola passível de ser ajustada por uma tira de velcro. Assim, ao vestir a roupa no animal recém operado, este conta com um sistema de compensação na roupa que irá evitar repuxos do tecido contra seu tronco durante sua movimentação, trazendo-lhe conforto e preservando a área do corte cirúrgico no abdome para não interferir na cicatrização. A abertura da gola em conjunto com a tira de velcro ainda permite seu ajuste em animais de variados portes. A costura longitudinal inferior da roupa, na região da barriga, que liga a gola à extremidade oposta, recebe uma série de costuras transversais (perpendiculares) na região inferior para que o veterinário ou dono do animal possa cortá-las e retirar o trecho cortado, formando no local um ponto em altura ideal para expor o pênis do animal a fim de permitir o ato de urinar sem o bloqueio do tecido. Por fim, a roupa pode receber curta extensão nas pernas traseiras, em configuração de bermuda, servindo como proteção para a região das coxas e virilha, impedindo que o animal lamba esta parte do corpo quando da presença de cortes cirúrgicos. Thus, when wearing the clothes on the newly operated animal, it has a compensation system in the clothes that will avoid pulling the fabric against its trunk during its movement, bringing comfort and preserving the surgical cut area in the abdomen so as not to interfere with the healing. The opening of the collar together with the Velcro strap also allows its adjustment in animals of various sizes. The lower longitudinal seam of the clothing, in the belly region, which connects the collar to the opposite end, receives a series of transverse (perpendicular) seams in the lower region so that the veterinarian or animal owner can cut them and remove the cut section, forming a spot at the ideal height to expose the animal's penis in order to allow the act of urinating without blocking the tissue. Finally, the clothing can receive a short extension on the rear legs, in shorts configuration, serving as protection for the thighs and groin, preventing the animal from licking this part of the body when surgical cuts are present. PURPOSE OF THE PATENT

[013] Visando apresentar uma solução para os problemas acima descritos, o inventor atualizou seu modelo de roupa veterinária pleiteado no pedido BR 102017009446-4, exposto acima no estado da técnica, a fim de ampliar sua aplicabilidade e trazer maior eficácia no processo pós-cirúrgico de animais. Assim:

- A nova roupa será fabricada a partir de uma única peça de tecido, eliminando a costura na região abdominal;
- A nova roupa será fabricada assim de forma mais rápida, diminuindo as etapas de corte e costura;
- A nova roupa traz três novas configurações, agregando extensões em formato de calças e gola alta para outros tipos de aplicação.
- A nova roupa confere maior conforto ao animal e garante sua boa recuperação.

[013] In order to present a solution to the problems described above, the inventor updated his model of veterinary clothing claimed in application BR 102017009446-4, set out above in the state of the art, in order to expand its applicability and bring greater efficiency in the post- surgical treatment of animals. Thus:

- The new clothes will be manufactured from a single piece of fabric, eliminating the seam in the abdominal region;
- The new clothes will be manufactured in a faster way, reducing the steps of cutting and sewing;
- The new clothing brings three new configurations, adding extensions in the shape of pants and a high collar for other types of applications.
- The new clothing provides greater comfort to the animal and ensures its good recovery.

[015] Em conformidade com os desenhos anexos, a “DISPOSIÇÃO APLICADA EM ROUPA VETERINÁRIA PÓS-CIRÚRGICA”, objeto desse presente pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade, uma roupa veterinária pós-cirúrgica (1) isenta de pontos de costura em lugares estratégicos para menor interferência desta nos cortes e suturas do animal.[015] In accordance with the attached drawings, the "PROVISION APPLIED IN POST-SURGICAL VETERINARY CLOTHING", object of this present utility model patent application, a post-surgical veterinary clothing (1) free of stitches in strategic places for less interference of this in the animal's cuts and sutures.

[016] Esta roupa veterinária pós-cirúrgica (1) é de construção similar à da roupa veterinária do pedido de patente citado no estado da técnica, ensinada pelo mesmo Titular deste pedido, como mostram as figuras 2 e 3. Dito isso, a roupa veterinária (1), quando fechada, é de construção tubular, sendo a região das costas fechada por zíper (Z) que se estende desde a abertura da gola (2) até a abertura traseira (3). Dita gola (2) possui um par de recortes (4) contrapostos que, quando unidos, formam uma abertura semicircular (5), a qual é margeada por tiras de velcro (6) de ajuste desta abertura (5).
