O presente pedido de patente idealiza um instrumento de carimbo com entintamento automático, dotado de um elemento de carimbo com múltiplas faces, que pertence ao campo dos artigos para impressão gráfica, de uso mais precisamente em escritórios em geral, consultórios médicos, escritórios de advocacia, fóruns, ambientes escolares, repartições governamentais; cujos dispositivos para o mesmo fim conhecidos até o momento, apresentam apenas uma borracha de carimbo, obrigando os usuários a manterem um instrumento de carimbo para cada impressão; diferentemente o objeto do presente pedido de patente compreende um instrumento de carimbo manual multifacetado (1) com entintamento automático, constituído a partir de uma estrutura rígida (2) tipo caixa de geometria prismática retangular, que ostenta em seu interior uma bandeja retangular contendo uma almofada de tinta (3) e na porção acima da mesma é previsto o elemento de carimbo com múltiplas faces (4), que pode ser de três até seis faces; mais exatamente o referido elemento de carimbo (4) é constituído por uma estrutura prismática (13) oca dotada de um eixo coaxial (11), sendo que a referida estrutura prismática (13) pode ser retangular, triangular, quadrada, pentagonal ou hexagonal e cada face (10) recebe uma borracha de carimbo (9).
