Abstract

Refere-se a um suporte ergonômico e anatômico destinado aos praticantes de meditação e para usuários que necessitem permanecer por longos períodos de tempo na posição sentada, e busca resolver o problema do desconforto e das dores na região lombar da coluna em razão da incorreta postura; o grande diferencial reside no fato do suporte possibilitar, para a maioria das pessoas quando sentadas no chão e aqueles que vão usar em assentos, como suporte ergonômico, que as articulações dos quadris permaneçam em nível mais elevado que os joelhos, evitando a retificação da região lombar da coluna e preservando o alinhamento correto da coluna vertebral; além disso, o suporte é formado pelo corte de uma peça única de espuma rígida de poliuretano (PU) expandido, que garante conforto e durabilidade ao produto, evitando um rápido desgaste e preservando a função ergonômica mesmo diante do uso prolongado.

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[001] A presente invenção se trata de um modelo de utilidade correspondente a um suporte ergonômico e anatômico para a prática de meditação, aplicável também para uso diário em assentos (como cadeiras, bancos, banquetas, selas, mochos, etc) em atividades que demandam a permanência de longos períodos na posição sentada. Em relação ao seu formato ergonômico, a relevante particularidade existente é a utilização de uma peça única de espuma rígida de poliuretano (PU) expandido, de densidade 60 a 70 kg/m3, o que garante uma maior durabilidade ao produto diante da ausência de deformação em decorrência do uso. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[008] Diante das limitações e inconvenientes atuais presentes no estado da técnica, resta claro que ainda havia a necessidade de se desenvolver um suporte ergonômico e anatômico com elevada durabilidade. Após inúmeros testes, a inventora, fisioterapeuta de formação e profissional ligada ao ramo, criou e desenvolveu o objeto do presente pedido de patente, intitulado “CONFIGURAÇÃO APLICADA EM SUPORTE ERGONÔMICO PARA SENTAR”, que idealiza um suporte com design especialmente ergonômico e anatômico, destinado à prática de meditação, que possui dimensões extremas de 50 x 36 cm, e com dois tipos de altura: um, mais baixo, com altura máxima de 11,6 cm e mínima de 2,0 cm; e um segundo, mais alto, com altura máxima de 15,6 cm e mínima de 6,0 cm; e uma variação destinada à prática de qualquer atividade que demande um espaço de tempo continuado na postura sentada, com dimensões extremas de 36 x 31,3 cm, e com altura máxima de 10,4 cm, e mínima de 2,0 cm.[008] In view of the current limitations and inconveniences present in the state of the art, it remains clear that there was still a need to develop an ergonomic and anatomical support with high durability.
