Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[001] Trata-se o presente modelo de uma inovação em embalagem obtida em papel cartão ou material similar, do tipo revestido e flexível, onde são praticados cortes e vincos, para fins de montagem de uma caixa, substancialmente robusta e reciclável; para o ramo industrial de embalagens que apresenta custos baixos para a sua exequibilidade industrial, conformando um objeto utilizável.[001] The present model is an innovation in packaging obtained from cardboard or similar material, of the coated and flexible type, where cuts and creases are practiced, for the purpose of assembling a box, substantially robust and recyclable; for the industrial branch of packaging that presents low costs for its industrial feasibility, forming a usable object.

FUNDAMENTALS OF THE TECHNIQUE

STATUS OF THE TECHNIQUE

[005] O estado da técnica pode ser representado por alguns documentos que contemplam caixas dotadas de vincos, dobras e cortes praticados em uma folha única de papel cartão e que possuem abas triangulares de união às paredes laterais que circundam a base, abras triangulares dotadas de elementos protuberantes passíveis de encaixar em recortes praticados nas paredes adjacentes, a fim de constituir, após dobradura, as paredes laterais da caixa. Exemplos de modelos de caixa com essas configurações podem ser visualizados nos documentos norte-americanos US1985111, US2979250 e US4208007. A diferença principal entre este documento e o objeto em questão, é que o documento norte-americano não possui as travas nas laterais triangulares, tal como no presente modelo de utilidade, e, nem tampouco, possui as travas entre as laterais da caixa e a tampa que permitem a fácil abertura e fechamento da tampa por diversas vezes. [018] Com referências aos desenhos ilustrados, o presente modelo de utilidade se refere a um SISTEMA DE FECHAMENTO APLICADO EM EMBALAGEM, onde dito sistema apresenta uma embalagem planificada (Figura 1), com cortes específicos (B, C, J e D) e formas triangulares (G), com prolongamentos (H), que se encaixam em linhas de corte (J) e assim fixam as paredes da embalagem (E) e que após obter-se-á uma caixa, é possível fecha-la simplesmente encaixando as abas (C) da tampa nos recortes (A) da caixa, travando enfim um elemento a outro, podendo até ser carregado através das alças quando fechado.
