Abstract
A presente patente de Modelo de Utilidade diz respeito a Disposição Técnica Introduzida em em Pá Coletora de Fezes de Animais e Sistema de Transporte (1), a qual se refere a utensílio ou dispositivo destinado para recolher as fezes diretamente do chão, sem o auxilio de nenhum outro objeto e sem contato manual, sendo caracterizada por ser constituída por parte posterior (2), parte anterior (3), manípulo de articulação (4), trava (5) e alça (6) para transporte ; Por sua vez, a parte posterior (2), ou seja, a parte da Pá Coletora (1) de maior envergadura, é provida de base perimetral (7), tipo anel de formato quadrangular , cabo de sustentação (8) oco , destacando-se que nas laterais da base perimetral (7) foram projetadas duas fendas (9) nas quais se encaixam e fixam o saco (10) para coleta dos resíduos orgãnicos.; Uma outra característica importante corresponde à extremidade superior do cabo de sustentação (8), o qual possui tampa (11) rosqueável sobre a qual é disposta uma alça (6) e no seu interior, um rolo de sacos coletores de fezes, quando em uso, o proprietário do animal, abre a tampa (11) e retira o rolo de sacos, destacando um dos sacos (10) e fixando-o nas fendas(9) situadas nas laterais da base perimetral (7) para recolher as fezes, sendo que nesta operação, ele dirige a Pá Coletora (1) para as mesmas, empurra o manípulo de articulação (4) para abrir a parte posterior (3), deixando as fezes entre ambas partes, anterior (2) e posterior (3), trazendo de volta o manípulo de articulação (4) faz a coleta das fezes direcionando-as para a parte do saco (10), travando a Pá Coletora (1) com a trava (5), e posteriormente descarta o saco (10) com as fezes.

001 O presente rdatório descritivo de Patente de Modelo de Utilidade diz respeito a Disposição Técnica Introduzida em Pá Coletora de Fezes de Animais e Sistema de Transporte, fabricada em materiais plásticos, virgens ou reciclados, sendo caracterizada por ser constituída por pá articulável e travável, sendo formada por parte posterior, parte anterior, manípulo de articulação, trava e alça.001 The present descriptive report on the Utility Model Patent relates to the Technical Arrangement introduced in the collection of animal feces and the transport system, made of plastic, virgin or recycled materials, characterized by being made up of an articulated and lockable shovel, being formed by posterior part, anterior part, articulation knob, lock and handle.

006 Visando a colocação no mercado de um produto dotado com características próprias de desenvolvimento, pesquisas de anterioridades foram realizadas junto ao Banco de Dados do INPI e de acordo com as mesmas, foram encontrados os documentos abaixo descritos, sendo:
- PI0900876-4 depositada em 23/04/2009 sob o Título de COLETOR DE FEZES DE ANIMAIS, a qual tem o objetivo de recolher fezes de animais que é compreendido por duas pás, duas alavancas e um saco coletor em seu interior, as pás estão interligadas pelas alavancas nas laterais (5), e o saco coletor ecológico ou de plástico em seu interior (4), a pá inferior (2) é maior que a pá superior (1), elas se encaixam (6), ambas terão um cabo para segurar com as mãos, o cabo da pá inferior poderá ter ou não um reservatório para liquido desinfetante.Quando empurrada a pá superior (1), ela é lançada para frente e puxando para trás, vai trazer as fezes para dentro do saco,feito isto é só puxar o dispositivo de fechamento do saco e colocar um limpo no lugar, as alavancas estarão uma em cada lateral das pás, elas têm um ângulo especifico e poderá ser feito de plástico e seus derivados, alumínio ou metal, e de diversos tamanhos.
- PI0802551-7 depositada em 25/06/2008 sob o Título de COLETOR DE FEZES DE CÃES E GATOS, a qual refere-se a um coletor de fezes de cães e gatos que é compreendido por um saco (1) de papel Kraft semi impermeável bio-degradável sanfonado nas laterais (5) e com um alongamento de papelão de cada lado da boca (2) formando uma pá (3) que quando aberta e comprimida uma contra a outra ,faz o recolhimento das fezes e levantada as pés (3) o saco é transportado através do orifício (4) até uma lixeira, evitando-se assim o contacto das fezes com as mãos.
- MU8700018-0 depositada em 05/01/2007 sob o Título de COLETOR DE FEZES OU DEJETOS DE ANIMAIS, a qual proporciona aos condutores de animais domésticos, através de um cabo alongado (3) em cuja ponta encontra-se um aro ou suporte (1) em que se fixa um saco (2) removível, no qual são coletadas as fezes ou dejetos dos animais antes que tais fezes ou dejetos toquem o chão, evitando assim, a contaminação do solo, sem que o condutor do animal tenha de curvar-se para recolher as fezes e, dessa forma, poupa-se ao condutor do animal o gesto ou atitude degradante de remover manualmente, ainda que com luvas, as fezes ou detritos dos animais, propiciando, inclusive, a eliminação das fezes, através do lançamento em vaso sanitário com o acionamento da descarga, desde que a estrutura do saco coletor (2) propicie tal atitude.006 Aiming at placing a product on the market with its own development characteristics, prior research was carried out with the INPI Database and according to them, the documents described below were found:

Nesse momento, o proprietário abre a tampa (11) e retira o rolo de sacos, destacando um dos sacos (9) fixando-o nas fendas (9) laterais da base perimetral (7) para recolher as fezes, sendo que nesta operação, ele dirige a Pá Coletora (1) para as mesmas e aciona o manípulo (4) o qual abre a articulação automaticamente através de uma mola, abrindo a parte posterior (3), deixando as fezes entre ambas partes, anterior (2) e posterior (3).
