Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA DE SISTEMA DE GUIA SUPERIOR PARA PORTA DE CORRER refere-se o modelo pertencente ao setor tecnológico da indústria de ferragens para o setor moveleiro e de esquadrias, utilizado superiormente em portas de correr residenciais, comerciais ou de móveis, objetivando, mais especificamente,através da utilização de guia com escovas de deslizamento do sistema proposto, proporcionar uma montagem fácil e rápida no topo das portas. Possui como característica uma guia de encaixe conforme a espessura da porta e quando o conjunto esta encaixado no perfil ?U?, montado no topo da porta, as escovas se deformam a fim de dar estabilidade e centralização do carro guia em relação ao perfil montado, eliminando folgas e mantendo a porta com um deslizamento suave sem ruídos em função da maciez das cerdas das escovas. Se o apoio na porta for excessivo no momento da abertura ou fechamento do móvel, deformando totalmente as escovas, a guia plástica toca levemente no perfil ?U? com a tangente de suas abas laterais que prendem as escovas, auxiliando a manter a centralização e estabilidade da porta em relação ao perfil.CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT OF SUPERIOR GUIDE SYSTEM FOR SLIDING DOORS refers to the model belonging to the technological sector of the hardware industry for the furniture and framing sector, used superiorly in residential, commercial or furniture sliding doors, aiming, more specifically, through the use of guide with sliding brushes of the proposed system, provide an easy and fast assembly on the top of the doors. It features a fitting guide according to the thickness of the door and when the set is fitted in the "U" profile, mounted on the top of the door, the brushes are deformed in order to give stability and centralization of the guide carriage in relation to the mounted profile, eliminating gaps and keeping the door sliding smoothly without noise due to the softness of the brush bristles.
