005 The first improvement developed was modular assembly. This feature allows the user to adapt the counter size according to the need. Each individual module can be connected to others using screws on the sides.

006 The structure of the modules is constructed with square metal bars, steel or aluminum, which are welded in the appropriate format. The structure has hinges that allow it to be foldable, thus facilitating transport and storage. The structure design allows the assembly of two levels of counters, one above and above for customer service and the other below and behind to support the materials to be used by the bartender.

015 Figure 3 shows an individual module of the steel metallic structure (1), which supports the counter. The module is foldable and can be attached to other modules by means of screws inserted in the holes (2) on the sides, with two holes at the top and one hole at the bottom. The structure has supports (3) for the bartenders' counter, one on each side of the structure, and it uses supports (4) for better stability, and one for each support.

016 Attached to the bottom of the structure are the supports (5) for the wooden boards that will be fixed to the structure, two on one side and three on the front. The two plates of the barman's counter are supported on the structure and the two back plates are fitted in the channels of the counters. The height of these vertical plates, once assembled, coincides with the height of the side and front plates previously fixed to the structure, to allow the front counters to be fitted later on.

024 Figure 11 shows the plate (15) of the front counter, intended for customer service and seen from above. Each plate has two windows (16) for decorative purposes. In addition, there is a recess (17) in the plate around the windows, which aims to allow the fitting of a thin acrylic plate, also with aesthetic functions.

025 Figure 12 shows the same plate described in the previous figure, but seen from below. The internal channels (18) fit with the vertical plates previously fixed and the external channels (19) are used to fix the led lighting tubes, which are fitted in the channels. There is also a connection between the internal and external channels (20), which has the function of passing the lighting wiring into the counter. The inputs on the front plates are designed to match the location of the connection between the channels, thus allowing the wires to pass unobstructed.

026 Figure 13 shows the complete structure, with the front counter plates assembled. These plates also have the mirrored configuration of "right" and "left", and are fitted to the vertical front, vertical side and rear vertical plates.

027 After this last assembly step, the counter is ready for use, just fit and turn on the lighting system and accommodate the acrylic plates on the front counter.

028 The product also has another possibility of configuration, which consists of the use of a metallic structure similar to the one already presented, but made with metallic aluminum tubes.
