Na operação geral, com início de um ciclo de desmoldagem, o operador (O), como já comentado, na altura ideal para realizar a tarefa e com acesso seguro e controlado garantidos pelo acionamento da báscula (15) com dispositivo de intertravamento seguro com o portão central (16) eletromecanicamente relacionado com a máquina de rotomoldagem/ moldes (5), de maneira que somente será permitida a movimentação do carro e do braço caso o portão central (16) esteja fechado e travado (trava magnética de segurança). Existe também uma barreira óptica que garante que a movimentação dos moldes (5) somente seja possível segundo um afastamento mínimo do operador. Assim, segue- se a operação de desmoldagem, passando então para o processo de corte e retirada de rebarbas para a posterior pesagem do produto acabado na balança (10), sendo que no caso das tampas (9) essas são empilhadas no fosso (11), para na sequência pintar o corpo (8) do reservatório na máquina automática (13) de pintura e aí sim depositá-lo no fosso (12).
