Dispositivo suspenso para exposição e armazenamento de produtos alimentícios compreendendo: um compartimento (1) que compreende uma pega (3), uma base (4) e um envoltório transparente (5) e em que a pelo menos uma pega (3) é disposta no envoltório transparente (5); em que o compartimento (1) abre através do movimento des-cendente da base (4) combinado a um mecanismo auxiliar de abertura, e fecha através do movimento ascendente da base (4) combinado ao mecanismo auxiliar de abertura, e em que a abertura de cada um dos ditos com-partimentos (1) é dada pela elevação, realizada por um usuário, do respec-tivoenvoltório transparente (5), por meio da pelo menos uma pega (3); um sistema de suspensão (12), em que o sistema de suspensão (12) é preso ao teto (10); caracterizado pelo fato de que: uma haste telescópica de suporte (2) é fixada a uma estrutura superior, em que a haste telescópica de suporte (2) compreende uma porção externa fixa (201) e uma porção interna móvel (202), em que a porção interna móvel (202) possui movimento descendente e movimento ascendente; em que a base (4) é sustentada pela porção interna móvel (202) através de uma haste de suporte (203), do envoltório transparente (5), e do sistema de climatização para os produtos armazenados; em que a base (4) do dito compartimento (1) compreende, em sua superfície inferior (403), pelo menos um dispositivo de iluminação externa (8); em que a base (4) possui um dentre os seguintes formatos de elipse, poligonal e circular; em que a porção inferior do envoltório transparente (5) acompanha o formato da base (4) do compartimento (1); em que a base (4) ainda compreende, em sua superfície inferior (403), pelo menos um ventilador (11); em que a base (4) compreende uma superfície superior (401), uma parede (402) que circunda a base (4), e uma superfície inferior (403), em que pelo menos uma dentre a parede (402) e a superfície inferior (403) da base (4) é formada por um material isolante térmico; em que o sistema de suspensão (12) de cada um dos ditos compartimentos (1) compreende um meio de fixação (121), pelo menos uma polia (122) e um meio de ligação (123); em que o meio de fixação (121) é fixado em um dentre o próprio dispositivo suspenso, preferencialmente na porção externa fixa (201) da haste telescópica de suporte (2), e em estruturas externas ao dispositivo suspenso, preferencialmente em um teto (10); em que uma primeira extremidade do meio de ligação (123) é acoplada ao meio de fixação (121) e uma segunda extremidade do meio de ligação (123) é acoplada ao envoltório transparente (5), preferencialmente em sua superfície superior; em que o meio de ligação (123) é guiado através da pelo menos uma polia (122); em que o sistema de climatização é pelo menos um dentre um sistema de resfriamento e um sistema de aquecimento, em que o sistema de climatização compreende pelo menos um trocador de calor (6), em que o pelo menos um trocador de calor (6) é uma pastilha de Peltier; em que cada um dos ditos compartimentos (1) compreende pelo menos um dispositivo de iluminação interna (51); em que o pelo menos um dispositivo de iluminação interna (51) é disposto em um dentre internamente na parede lateral do envoltório transparente (5), e sob a superfície superior do envoltório transparente (5); em que o dispositivo ainda compreende: pelo menos um compartimento (1) adicional; e em que os sistemas de climatização de cada compartimento (1) operam de modo independente um do outro; em que o dispositivo ainda compreende um dispositivo elevatório, preferencialmente um motor, que proporciona movimento ascendente e movimento descendente à porção interna móvel (202) e à base (4); e em que o dispositivo ainda compreende pelo menos um controlador que é disposto em pelo menos um dentre: no próprio dispo-sitivo suspenso, e em uma estrutura externa ao dispositivo, preferencial-mente em um dentre uma parede e uma mesa (7); em que o controlador inclui pelo menos um dentre os seguintes comandos: ligar/desligar o pelo menos um dispositivo de iluminação interna (51) de cada um dos pelo menos dois compartimentos (1); ligar/desligar o pelo menos um dispositivo de iluminação externa (8) de cada um dos pelo menos dois compartimentos (1); elevar/abaixar a base (4) de cada um dos pelo menos dois compartimentos (1); e escolher se o sistema de climatização de cada um dos pelo menos dois compartimentos (1) deve operar como um dentre um sistema de resfriamento e um sistema de aquecimento.1. Suspended device for displaying and storing food products comprising: a compartment (1) comprising a handle (3), a base (4) and a transparent wrap (5) and wherein the at least one handle (3) is arranged in the transparent wrap (5); wherein the compartment (1) opens by downward movement of the base (4) combined with an auxiliary opening mechanism, and closes by upward movement of the base (4) combined with the auxiliary opening mechanism, and wherein the opening of each of said compartments (1) is given by the lifting, carried out by a user, of the respective transparent envelope (5), by means of at least one handle (3); a suspension system (12), wherein the suspension system (12) is secured to the ceiling (10); characterized in that: a telescopic support rod (2) is fixed to an upper structure, wherein the telescopic support rod (2) comprises a fixed outer portion (201) and a movable inner portion (202), wherein the movable inner portion (202) has downward movement and upward movement; wherein the base (4) is supported by the movable inner portion (202) through a support rod (203), the transparent wrap (5), and the air conditioning system for the stored products; wherein the base (4) of said compartment (1) comprises, on its lower surface (403), at least one external lighting device (8); wherein the base (4) has one of the following ellipse, polygonal and circular shapes; wherein the lower portion of the transparent wrap (5) follows the shape of the base (4) of the compartment (1); wherein the base (4) further comprises, on its lower surface (403), at least one fan (11); wherein the base (4) comprises an upper surface (401), a wall (402) surrounding the base (4), and a lower surface (403), wherein at least one of the wall (402) and the surface lower (403) of the base (4) is formed of a thermal insulating material; wherein the suspension system (12) of each of said compartments (1) comprises a fastening means (121), at least one pulley (122) and a connecting means (123); wherein the fastening means (121) is fixed to one of the suspended device itself, preferably to the fixed external portion (201) of the telescopic support rod (2), and to structures external to the suspended device, preferably to a ceiling (10 ); wherein a first end of the attachment means (123) is coupled to the attachment means (121) and a second end of the attachment means (123) is coupled to the transparent wrap (5), preferably on its upper surface; wherein the connecting means (123) is guided through the at least one pulley (122); wherein the HVAC system is at least one of a cooling system and a heating system, wherein the HVAC system comprises at least one heat exchanger (6), wherein the at least one heat exchanger (6) is a Peltier tablet; wherein each of said compartments (1) comprises at least one internal lighting device (51); wherein the at least one internal lighting device (51) is disposed in one of internally on the side wall of the transparent wrap (5), and under the upper surface of the transparent wrap (5); wherein the device further comprises: at least one additional compartment (1); and wherein the air conditioning systems of each compartment (1) operate independently of each other; wherein the device further comprises a lifting device, preferably a motor, that provides upward movement and downward movement to the movable inner portion (202) and the base (4); and wherein the device further comprises at least one controller which is arranged in at least one of: the suspended device itself, and in a structure external to the device, preferably in one of a wall and a table (7); wherein the controller includes at least one of the following commands: turning on/off the at least one internal lighting device (51) of each of the at least two compartments (1); turning on/off the at least one external lighting device (8) in each of the at least two compartments (1); raise/lower the base (4) of each of the at least two compartments (1); and choose whether the HVAC system of each of the at least two compartments (1) should operate as one of a cooling system and a heating system. 2.
