[05] De acordo com as figuras apresentadas, a nova disposição construtiva introduzida em alinhador de palitos de sorvetes, feito em aço inox, compreende um corpo principal alinhador (1), o qual é posicionado sobre a base (2) através de parafusos (3) com porcas (4) posicionados nos cantos e nas laterais, mantendo uma altura (h) entre o corpo alinhador (1) e a base (2), e permitem a regulagem dessa altura (h). Dito corpo alinhador (1) é formado por duas chapas retangulares (11 e 1Γ) de mesmas dimensões, dotadas de furos (12 e 12’) coincidentes, formando quatro colunas, e são unidas por tubos (13) recravados nos perímetros de cada um dos respectivos furos (12 e 12’) e nos cantos e nas laterais são previstos furos com roscas (14) para receberem os ditos parafusos (3).
