Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM EXTRATOR DE PALITOS DE SORVETES. Trata-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade de um extrator para sorvetes do tipo ?picolé?, pertencente ao setor técnico alimentício, mais particularmente de utensílios para fabricação de sorvetes, a qual tem uma disposição construtiva que proporciona uma melhora em seu uso na fabricação de sorvetes, permitindo que o mesmo extrator possa ser utilizado com os diferentes tipos e tamanhos de palitos utilizados na produção de picolés, proporcionando assim resultados práticos, seguros e funcionais muito vantajosos. O extrator de palitos de sorvetes compreende um corpo (1), formando duas colunas fixas (2), em formato estilizado de ?H? e de secções transversais retangulares, dotadas nas faces superior e inferior de furos coincidentes (3), e na região intermediária de uma gaveta (4), também com furos coincidentes (3), porém móveis, sendo que os furos coincidentes (3) são formados a partir de dois segmentos de retas (31), paralelos, dotados nas extremidades da direita de um segmento curvo (32) com raio menor, de modo a formar uma curva mais acentuada, e nas extremidades da esquerda é previsto um segmento curvo (33) com raio maior, de modo a formar um curva menos acentuada.CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT INTRODUCED IN ICE CREAM STICK EXTRACTOR. The ice cream stick extractor comprises a body (1), forming two fixed columns (2), in a stylized "H" format. and rectangular cross-sections, provided on the upper and lower faces with coincident holes (3), and in the intermediate region of a drawer (4), also with coincident holes (3), however mobile, with the coincident holes (3) being formed from two parallel straight segments (31), provided at the right ends of a curved segment (32) with a smaller radius, in order to form a more accentuated curve, and at the left ends a curved segment is provided ( 33) with a larger radius, in order to form a less accentuated curve.

Description

[01] Trata-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade de um extrator para sorvetes do tipo “picolé”, pertencente ao setor técnico alimentício, mais particularmente de utensílios para fabricação de sorvetes, a qual tem uma disposição construtiva que proporciona uma melhora em seu uso na fabricação de sorvetes, permitindo que o mesmo extrator possa ser utilizado com os diferentes tipos e tamanhos de palitos utilizados na produção de picolés, proporcionando assim resultados práticos, seguros e funcionais muito vantajosos.[01] This is a utility model patent of a popsicle type ice cream extractor, belonging to the food technical sector, more particularly of ice cream manufacturing utensils, which has a constructive arrangement that provides an improvement in its use in the manufacture of ice cream, allowing the same extractor to be used with the different types and sizes of sticks used in the production of popsicles, thus providing practical, safe and very advantageous functional results.
