“DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA A EMBALAGEM MONTÁVEL COM TAMPA OPACA E CORPO TRANSPARENTE ACONDICIONADA PLANIFICADA EM BLISTER” (001) O presente pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade trata de uma nova disposição construtiva aplicada a embalagem montável com tampa opaca e corpo transparente acondicionada planificada em blister, onde o requerente apresenta uma solução inédita ao estado da técnica, proporcionando aos consumidores deste tipo de produto, uma opção mais criativa, versátil, praticidade, funcionalidade e manuseio, especialmente para produtos pequenos e brindes de festas; e aos lojistas uma forma moderna de produto com uma exposição ideal de ponto de venda. (002) Como é de conhecimento do estado da técnica no setor de embalagens, são aplicadas incontáveis soluções para embalagens para vários fins. (003) Ao se avaliar as soluções até então apresentadas ao estado da técnica e implementadas comercialmente, todas apresentam especificidade quanto a utilização, ou restrições de aplicações. (004) Nos casos citados, as embalagens cumprem função de acondicionar, ou quando possuindo uma imagem mais fantasiosa, de auxiliar na comercialização do produto, sem no entanto oferecer condições de visualização adequadas ao produto que está acondicionando, deixando de oferecer condições de montagem pelo consumidor final, vez que não comercializadas no varejo em formato planificado em blister. (005) Face a todos estes aspectos constatados, a configuração final obtida nestes produtos não satisfaz outras necessidades de ordem de uso, pois não existe embalagens destinadas a brindes para festas. (006) O requerente, visando desenvolver novo produto, que atenda tais necessidades, desenvolveu a presente solução, utilizando para tal uma nova configuração construtiva aplicada ao produto. (007) A referida solução, parte do princípio de que a embalagem em duas partes, sendo tampa opaca construída em papel espesso ou papelão, a qual é montada a partir de dobraduras, vincos, arestas e encaixes visíveis de abas e aletas dobráveis, para ser após montada, posicionada sobre corpo construído em substrato transparente tipo plástico, acetato ou similar, o qual também é montado a partir de dobraduras, vincos e encaixes visíveis, de forma a permitir a visualização do produto inserido internamente; de forma que o conjunto apresentando a tampa opaca poderá ser impressa com grafismos e textos alusivo ao evento, e o corpo sendo transparente, permite que o produto internamente inserido, contraste visualmente com suas formas, texturas e cores. (008) Além do exposto acima, a nova configuração apresenta a condição de planificação da embalagem antes da montagem, vez que a mesma é comercializada em blister especifico com orifícios para visualização da padronagem gráfica da tampa, possuindo no verso do blister as instruções de montagem da respectiva embalagem. (009) A complementar a presente descrição de modo a obter uma melhor compreensão das características da presente reivindicação de modelo de utilidade “DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA A EMBALAGEM MONTÁVEL COM TAMPA OPACA E CORPO TRANSPARENTE ACONDICIONADA PLANIFICADA EM BLISTER” acompanha esta descrição em anexo, um conjunto de desenhos, onde de maneira exemplificada, embora não limitativa, se representou o que segue: A figura 01 é uma perspectiva do produto montado; A figura 02 é uma perspectiva expandida do produto montado; A figura 03 é uma vista superior da tampa opaca com vista lateral indicando a montagem; A figura 04 é uma vista superior do corpo transparente com perspectiva indicando a montagem; A figura 05 é uma vista frontal interna do blister planificado que acondiciona as duas partes da embalagem - tampa opaca e corpo transparente - planificados; A figura 06 é uma perspectiva externa do blister que acondiciona internamente as duas partes da embalagem - tampa opaca e corpo transparente - planificados, configurando o orifício pelo qual é constatado a padronagem da tampa; A figura 07 é uma vista posterior externa do blister planificado que apresenta a face e o verso que conterá informações de montagem da embalagem.
