Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM INSERTO METÁLICO PARA JUNTAS E/OU PEÇAS DE CONEXÃO PLÁSTICAS. O presente modelo de utilidade se refere a um inserto metálico (100), preferencialmente anelar, dotado de uma rosca interna (104) de diâmetro menor da rosca interna (Dmi) e de uma rosca externa (105) de diâmetro menor da rosca externa (Dme) e fixado por meio de sobreinjeção em segmentos terminais de juntas e/ou peças de conexão, especialmente em juntas e/ou peças de conexão fabricadas em material sintético como, por exemplo, em plástico PVC, ABS ou similar. Dito inserto metálico (100) é dotado de um colar recartilhado (101) e de um corpo longo (102), em que na zona de transição entre o colar recartilhado (101) e o corpo longo (102) é formado um canal negativo (103). A rosca interna (104) se estende desde a extremidade aberta do colar recartilhado (101) até a extremidade aberta do corpo longo (102). A rosca externa (105) se estende desde a zona de transição entre o corpo longo (102) e o colar recartilhado (101) até a extremidade aberta do corpo longo (102). A rosca externa (105) é dotada de um recartilhado (106) e de um conjunto de protrusões (107) e espaços intermediários (108), em que dito recartilhado (106) se estende desde a zona de transição entre o corpo longo (102) e o colar recartilhado (101) até um recuo (109) próximo à extremidade aberta do corpo longo (102). A rosca interna (104) e a rosca externa (105) possuem o mesmo passo de rosca, em que os fundos dos filetes da rosca interna (104f) coincidem com os vértices dos filetes da rosca externa (105v), em que os fundos dos filetes da rosca externa (10Sf) coincidem com os vértices dos filetes da rosca interna (104v). O inserto metálico (100) possui uma parede de espessura média (e) tal que a fração entre o diâmetro menor da rosca externa (Dme) e o diâmetro menor da rosca interna (Dmi) represente um valor numérico entre 1,02 e 1,10,preferencialmente de 1,02.
