This application for a Utility Model Patent deals with an unprecedented “ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN PACKAGING WITH LIFTING MECHANISM”, especially a simple constructive packaging, consisting basically of a piece of cardboard with creased areas for molding capable of packaging snacks, with emphasis for the internal support with claw, which is fixed on the back base, it provides the elevation of the snack when opening the package.

The innovative packaging has a defined field of application in the food area, more specifically in the packaging of hamburger-based snacks.

Currently the packaging has the function to protect and safely and efficiently support the weight of the stored snack, however, the current packaging does not provide much security.
