Description

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM GRELHA
[01] O presente modelo de utilidade descreve uma disposição construtiva em grelha. Mais especificamente compreende uma grelha com deslocamento vertical promovido por meio de um carro móvel em uma haste.
[02] As grelhas são utilizadas para o preparo de alimentos e geralmente são posicionadas sobre a câmara de combustão de forma removível, permitindo ajustar a altura a fim de acelerar ou não o processo de cozimento.
[03] As grelhas dotadas de mecanismo automático para ajuste de altura apresentam um guia geralmente nas laterais ou na porção posterior que se desloca verticalmente através de cabos de aço ou correntes ligadas ou não a um motor. As grelhas dotadas de motor ainda necessitam ser adaptadas ao equipamento de cocção.
[04] Dessa forma, visando retirar da área da grelha qualquer dispositivo que atue no deslocamento da dita grelha, é objeto do presente modelo de utilidade uma grelha com deslocamento vertical promovido por meio de um carro móvel independente da grelha e que se desloca em uma haste vertical, dito carro móvel que suporta todo o peso da grelha.
[05] A fim de melhor descrever as características técnicas da disposição construtiva em grelha, são apresentadas as figuras a seguir relacionadas: [06] A figura 1 apresenta a vista em perspectiva da grelha dotada do mecanismo para deslocamento vertical da dita grelha.
[07] A figura 2 apresenta detalhamento do mecanismo de deslocamento vertical da grelha.
[08] A figura 3 apresenta a vista lateral da grelha acoplada ao mecanismo de deslocamento vertical, sendo a figura 3A a grelha deslocada na haste através do carro móvel e a figura 3B a grelha posicionada no limite inferior da haste.
[09] A disposição construtiva em grelha, objeto do presente modelo de utilidade, compreende uma grelha (10) posicionada sobre uma câmara de combustão (20), dita grelha (10) que apresenta uma base com prolongamento (11) que se fixa a um carro móvel (30) deslocável verticalmente em uma haste (40).
[010] O deslocamento do carro móvel (30) no sentido vertical permite o ajuste de altura da grelha (10) em relação à câmara de combustão (20), dito carro móvel (30) deslocado por meio de um atuador elétrico (50).
[011] O carro móvel (30) dotado por um conjunto de rodas se movimenta verticalmente junto a uma haste fixa (31), dito carro móvel (30) que é fixado junto à base de prolongamento (11) e haste (40) que permite o deslocamento vertical da grelha (10) através do acionamento do atuador (50). DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM GRELHA que compreende uma grelha (10) posicionada sobre uma câmara de combustão (20), da dita grelha (10) que apresenta uma base com prolongamento (11), caracterizado pelo fato de se fixar a um carro móvel (30) deslocável verticalmente em uma haste (40) por meio de um atuador elétrico (50).
