SISTEMA DE TRANSMISSÃO DE MOVIMENTO, ADAPTADO EM RODADO AUTOCOMPENSADOR EM SENTIDO LONGITUDINAL, COM APLICAÇÃO EM MÁQUINAS E IMPLEMENTOS AGRÍCOLASMOVEMENT TRANSMISSION SYSTEM ADAPTED IN LONGITUDINAL SENSE ROUND WITH APPLICATION IN MACHINERY AND AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS

Refere-se a presente invenção a uma nova concepção aplicada a um sistema de transmissão de movimento, adaptado em rodado autocompensador em sentido longitudinal e/ou transversal, com aplicação em máquinas e implementos agrícolas. Dito sistema foi especialmente concebido para promover a compensação dos desníveis do solo em operação de trabalho de máquinas e implementos agrícolas, constituídas de elementos rompedores de solo e adaptado em rodado autocompensador no sentido longitudinal e/ou transversal, garantindo assim uma melhor copiagem do terreno. A vantagem do sistema é promover a compensação de desnível do solo em operação de trabalho no sentido longitudinal e/ou transversal, utilizando os movimentos radiais do cabeçalho da semeadora, os quais são transmitidos para o rodado, através de um par de alternadores. A presente adição tem como objeto uma nova concretização do conceito inventivo proposto, em que o referido sistema é utilizado através da fixação direta do conjunto balancim no chassi do implemento, possibilitando assim o arraste de dois implementos simultaneamente por meio do sistema tandem, sem afetar a execução de copiagem promovido pelo rodado. Este conjunto de mecanismos, além de garantir o correto posicionamento dos elementos rompedores de solo em terrenos acidentados, dobra o rendimento por hectares, baixando custos diretos de operação e transporte.The present invention relates to a new design applied to a motion transmission system, adapted in self-compensating wheels in longitudinal and / or transverse direction, with application to agricultural machines and implements. The present addition has as its object a new embodiment of the proposed inventive concept, in which said system is used through the direct attachment of the rocker assembly to the implement chassis, thus allowing the dragging of two implements simultaneously through the tandem system, without affecting the copy execution promoted by the wheelset. This set of mechanisms, in addition to ensuring the correct placement of ground breaking elements on rough terrain, doubles the yield per hectare, lowering direct operating and transportation costs.
