grampeador cirúrgico flexível e dispositivo de inserção de grampo. a presente invenção se refere à aproximação e fixação de tecido, grampos cirúrgicos e dispositivos de colocação de grampos para cirurgia e similares. a presente invenção inclui grampos cirúrgicos com uma primeira e uma segunda pernas sólidas para ancoragem nas respectivas porções do tecido e uma ponte elasticamente deformável monoliticamente formada com a primeira perna e a segunda perna, em que as pernas formam ângulos respectivos maiores que 90 graus com as respectivas porções da referida ponte elasticamente deformável. a presente invenção também inclui dispositivo de inserção de grampo compreendendo uma porção de alça e porções substancialmente paralelas que se estendem a partir da alça, em que as porções de inserção têm um canal lateral interno e cada porção de inserção tem um ponto terminal.
