Abstract

método e aparelho para a produção industrial de combustíveis sintéticos renováveis. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo e aparelho para a conversão de matéria-prima compreendendo biomassa e/ou materiais residuais sólidos contendo carbono em gás de síntese. o processo compreende fornecer uma matéria-prima densificada e pressurizada a um gaseificador compreendendo uma zona de leito fluidificado e uma zona de pós-gaseificação e colocar a matéria-prima em contato com um agente de gaseificação. a recuperação e a purificação do gás de síntese são então realizadas, envolvendo a reciclagem do co2 de volta aos vários estágios do processo. o aparelho está configurado para realizar o processo e compreende linhas de transporte para reciclar o co2. o gás de síntese pode ser posteriormente processado para formar produtos sintéticos e/ou químicos renováveis.
