nanocorpos específicos de glicoforme e métodos de uso. esta divulgação baseia-se, pelo menos em parte, numa descoberta inesperada de que os novos nanocorpos e variantes dos mesmos são capazes de se ligar especificamente a glicoformas fc de igg afucosiladas ou sialiladas. a glicosilação do domínio fc de igg é um determinante importante da força e especificidade das funções efetoras do anticorpo, modulando as interações de ligação do fc com a diversa família de receptores fc¿. essas modificações do glicano fc, como a remoção do resíduo central de fucose, são marcadores clínicos recém-descobertos para prever a gravidade de doenças, como doenças causadas pelo vírus da dengue (denv) ou sars-cov-2. no entanto, continua a ser um desafio distinguir com precisão glicoformas de igg específicas sem métodos dispendiosos e demorados. os novos nanocorpos específicos para glicol e suas variantes, conforme divulgados neste documento, podem ser usados como diagnósticos ou prognósticos clínicos rápidos para estratificar o risco de pacientes com doenças virais e inflamatórias.
