Abstract
transferência de ar por partículas magnéticas. os métodos para a preparação de amostras divulgados neste documento utilizam uma fase de ar para reduzir a fase aquosa associada a partículas magnéticas ligadas a ácidos nucleicos para diminuir o transporte de um ou mais contaminantes, tais como detritos celulares, agentes caotrópicos, moléculas não especificamente ligadas e semelhantes. esta etapa de transferência de ar é melhorada usando uma combinação de uma primeira população de partículas magnéticas e uma segunda população de partículas magnéticas, em que a primeira população de partículas magnéticas é capaz de se associar a ácidos nucleicos e as partículas magnéticas na segunda população são pelo menos duas vezes maiores em tamanho do que o tamanho das partículas magnéticas na primeira população. como discutido neste documento, o uso desta segunda população de partículas magnéticas melhora a transferência da primeira população de partículas magnéticas reduzindo a perda das primeiras partículas magnéticas durante a transferência. os métodos de preparação de amostra podem ser semiautomatizados ou completamente automatizados.
