Abstract

CONJUNTO DE ETIQUETA PARA FIXAÇÃO A UM ANIMAL E MÉTODO. Aparelho (100) e método (500) para administrar de forma autônoma um agente farmacêutico (180, 324), tal como um inseticida, a um animal (112, 400). Um conjunto de etiqueta (102, 402, 406, 408, 410) é fixado (502) ao animal em um local adequado, como uma orelha externa (114). O conjunto de etiqueta inclui um reservatório (172, 198, 322) para reter o agente farmacêutico. Um acionador (174, 326, 366) do conjunto de etiqueta é configurado para abrir (510) o reservatório em resposta a um sinal de controle (174A) fornecido a partir de um circuito de controle (142, 177, 200, 234, 254, 264, 272). Um mecanismo de aplicação (176, 186, 186A, 186B, 192, 328, 354) facilita a transferência do agente farmacêutico para o animal (512) em resposta ao acionador.
