Abstract

TROCADOR DE CALOR DE CASCO E TUBO, MÉTODO DE TROCAR CALOR E USO DE TROCADOR DE CALOR. Aspectos da presente invenção se referem a um trocador de calor de casco e tubo (101), um método de uso do referido trocador de calor e a um sistema de forno de craqueamento de hidrocarboneto compreendendo o referido trocador de calor. O trocador de calor de casco e tubo compreende pelo menos: um defletor espiral (7) disposto para fornecer um caminho de fluxo helicoidal através do corpo de casco (103) e um cano coletor de saída (4) que suporta o defletor espiral e que se estende substancialmente coaxialmente dentro do corpo de casco, em que o cano coletor de saída é montado e passa através de uma segunda folha de tubo (106) margeando o corpo de casco (103) em uma extremidade terminal e em que o cano coletor de saída (4) é separado de uma primeira folha de tubo (105) na extremidade oposta do terminal por uma folga que permite que um fluido do lado do casco (F2) saia do corpo de casco (103).
