Abstract

AJUSTANDO MISTURAS DE CONCRETO E PROJETOS DE MISTURAS USANDO CURVA DE DADOS DELTA DE DIAGNÓSTICO. A presente invenção permite um melhor controle sobre a resistência em misturas de concreto e projetos de misturas, enquanto minimiza o uso excessivo de cimento e promove a sustentabilidade dentro da indústria. São divulgados novos métodos e sistemas que utilizam uma curva de dados delta de diagnóstico (DDD), ou, em outras palavras, dados que exibem uma relação curvilínea quando plotados em um gráfico visual, como obtidos considerando as diferenças (por exemplo, diferenças subtrativas ou proporções) como entre (i) abatimento alvo e teor de água alvo (ou máximo), e (ii) valores de abatimento e teor de água como determinados usando um sistema de monitoramento de abatimento automatizado que mede o batimento e o teor de água na mistura de concreto durante a entrega. Essa curva DDD pode então ser comparada com o abatimento delta monitorado e o teor de água delta para entregas posteriores ou outras, de modo que ajustes possam ser feitos à mistura de concreto ou projeto de mistura, de uma maneira que encoraje a evitar a superdosagem ou prescrição excessiva de cimento.
