Abstract
DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA A PIRÓLISE DE MATERIAIS DE PARTIDA ORGÂNICOS. Sistema para a pirólise de material usado, para a despolimerização de material de pneu usado triturado e para a produção de um material de partida que pode ser processado posteriormente para formar negro de fumo recuperado. O sistema compreende reator tubular rotativo, unidade de têmpera e unidade de queimador. O reator tubular rotativo apresenta um tambor do reator que gira em torno de um eixo longitudinal, cujo espaço interno apresenta pelo menos uma zona de aquecimento, uma zona de reação e uma zona de desgaseificação. A unidade do queimador é projetada para a queima de gás de pirólise para formar um gás de aquecimento e para a geração de um fluxo de gás de aquecimento através do espaço da camisa de aquecimento, e para isso é ligada com a carcaça da camisa de aquecimento por linhas de gás de aquecimento. A unidade de têmpera é ligada com a saída de gás do reator tubular rotativo e é projetada para o resfriamento dos gases de pirólise. Válvulas de saída de gás de aquecimento são distribuídas ao longo do comprimento da carcaça da camisa de aquecimento, que permitem influenciar o fluxo do gás de aquecimento pelo espaço da camisa de aquecimento, onde diferentes quantidades de calor possam ser fornecidas respectivamente à zona de aquecimento. Processos estáveis podem ser alcançadas na pirólise contínua, que possibilitam a produção de um sólido de pirólise a partir de material cuja qualidade inicial atende a todos os requisitos para um processamento posterior em um sistema de back-end.
