Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO, RAÇÃO OU PRODUTO ALIMENTÍCIO, MÉTODO PARA TRATAR MATERIAL À BASE DE PLANTAS, MÉTODO PARA MELHORAR A SOBREVIVÊNCIA DE CAMARÕES JUVENIS E RAÇÃO PARA CAMARÃO JUVENIL. A presente invenção descreve um processo de base biológica para produzir concentrado de proteína de alta qualidade (HQPC) convertendo celuloses e carboidratos derivados de plantas em proteínas biodisponíveis por meio de incubação aeróbica, incluindo o uso de tal HQPC assim produzido como um nutriente, incluindo o uso como uma substituição de farinha de peixe em dietas para aquicultura.
