Abstract

SISTEMA FOB PARA DETECÇÃO DE FLUXO INTELIGENTE E CONTROLE DE DISPENSA. Trata-se de um sistema e método de detecção de um barril vazio. As bebidas carbonatadas de um barril comunicam uma bebida alcoólica carbonatada a um sensor de bebida líquida em comunicação fluida com o barril a granel. O sensor de bebida líquida inclui pelo menos um sensor de detecção de fase capaz de identificar uma interface de espuma ou gás líquido (Flutuar no Detector de Cerveja), pelo menos um sensor de pressão, pelo menos um sensor de fluxo ou pelo menos um sensor de temperatura. Um controlador em comunicação operacional com o TCB se comunica com a válvula de controle, o botão de acionamento e em comunicação com os sensores. Após a detecção de um nível de flutuação baixo para o detector de FOB, ou pressão baixa do sistema ou temperatura alta do sistema, um alarme e/ou cancelamento do controle da torneira é realizado.
