Abstract

MÉTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE UM CÂNCER. A presente invenção é direcionada a regimes de dosagem para administrar um anticorpo anti-B7-H3 humanizado conjugado a pelo menos uma porção química de duocarmicina (um "B7-H3-ADC") para o tratamento de câncer, particularmente um câncer associado à expressão de B7-H3. A invenção se refere particularmente ao uso de tal B7-H3-ADC opcionalmente em combinação com uma molécula de ligação a PD-1 para o tratamento de câncer. A invenção se refere particularmente ao uso de tal B7-H3-ADC e um anticorpo anti-PD-1 ou uma molécula biespecífica PD-1 X LAG-3. A invenção é direcionada ao uso de tais moléculas e ao uso de composições farmacêuticas e kits farmacêuticos que contêm tais moléculas e que facilitam o uso de tais regimes de dosagem no tratamento de câncer.
