Abstract

BACTÉRIA DIAZOTRÓFICA GRAM-POSITIVA GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADA, COMPOSIÇÃO MICROBIANA, MÉTODO PARA FORNECER NITROGÊNIO FIXO A UMA PLANTA, GENE GLNR, PROTEÍNA GLNR, E, MÉTODO PARA IDENTIFICAR REGULADORES DE UM OPERON NIF. A presente revelação fornece micróbios gram-positivos geneticamente modificados que são capazes de fixar nitrogênio atmosférico e liberá-lo às plantas de uma maneira direcionada, eficiente e ambientalmente sustentável. A utilização dos produtos microbianos aqui apresentados permitirá que os agricultores alcancem rendimentos de culturas mais produtivos e previsíveis sem a degradação de nutrientes, lixiviação ou escoamento tóxico associados ao fertilizante nitrogenado tradicional, derivado sinteticamente.
