Abstract

SISTEMA DE JUNÇÃO INTEGRADO EM ELEMENTOS TUBULARES DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE FLUIDOS. Compreende um elemento tubular (1) tendo uma primeira extremidade em forma de taça alargada (2) e uma segunda extremidade oposta (7) equipada com uma protuberância radial (8), em que a referida primeira extremidade (2) é equipada com um flange de formato especial (3), tendo uma borda concêntrica (4) externa ao elemento tubular e uma respectiva cavidade (41) voltada para o interior do referido elemento tubular (1), capaz de receber e reter dentro de uma gaxeta elastomérica (11) de forma circular ou outra forma conveniente e em que a referida primeira extremidade (2) está equipada com uma ranhura radial (5) que também é concêntrica, colocada lado a lado e externa à referida borda (4), equipada com uma borda da extremidade (6) saliente em relação à superfície externa do próprio elemento tubular, em que a montagem dos elementos tubulares ocorre inserindo a extremidade (7) de um elemento tubular (1) dentro da extremidade em forma de taça (2) de um elemento tubular semelhante (1) até o final de seu curso axial até o contato de uma base ou ressalto (9) da extremidade em forma de taça (2) com a borda da segunda extremidade (7), após a referida borda ter passado pela gaxeta elastomérica (11) alojada na cavidade (41), um bloco de junção (10) compreendendo dois semicírculos (27, 27) colocados radialmente em torno do elemento tubular (1, 1) nessa borda concêntrica (4) e nessa borda da extremidade (6) que, ao se apertar por meio de elementos de fixação, prende os dois elementos tubulares (1, 1).
