Abstract

OBTURADOR SEM TRAVA COM RECURSO DE ENCAIXE POR INTERFERÊNCIA. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de acesso cirúrgico que inclui um conjunto de cânula e um obturador. O obturador está configurado para se acoplar de modo removível ao conjunto de cânula, ao longo de um eixo geométrico central do conjunto de cânula, a fim de facilitar a inversão do dispositivo de acesso cirúrgico através de uma parede do corpo do paciente. O obturador inclui um eixo de acionamento alongado se estendendo ao longo de um eixo geométrico longitudinal, uma ponta distal afunilada situada em uma porção distal do eixo de acionamento alongado e uma cabeça de obturador situada em uma porção proximal do eixo de acionamento alongado. A cabeça de obturador inclui um recurso de encaixe por interferência capaz de inibir o movimento proximal entre o obturador e o conjunto de cânula, por meio de uma força de atrito contra uma superfície do conjunto de cânula.
