Abstract

ANTICORPO ANTI-CD73, POLIPEPTÍDEO ISOLADO, MOLÉCULA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO, VETOR, CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA, CONJUGADO, PROTEÍNA DE FUSÃO OU ANTICORPO MULTIESPECÍFICO, KIT, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, USO DO ANTICORPO E LINHAGEM CELULAR DE HIBRIDOMA. São fornecidos na presente invenção um anticorpo anti-CD73 e seu uso. Especificamente, uma região variável da cadeia pesada do anticorpo contém HCDR1 a HCDR3 com sequências de aminoácidos como mostradas nas SEQ ID NOs: 15-17, respectivamente. Além disso, uma região variável da cadeia leve do anticorpo contém LCDR1 a LCDR3 com sequências de aminoácidos como mostradas nas SEQ ID NOs: 18-20, respectivamente.
