SISTEMA INTEGRADO PARA A DETECÇÃO E IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE SEQUÊNCIAS ESPECÍFICAS DE ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOS E MÉTODO DE UTILIZAÇÃO DO SISTEMA INTEGRADO. A presente invenção relaciona-se com um método e dispositivo portátil (1) para a detecção e identificação de sequências específicas de ácidos nucleicos em diferentes tipos de amostra, através da utilização de uma técnica de transcrição reversa e/ou amplificação isotérmica, utilizando oligonucleotídeos iniciadores específicos da(s) região(ões) alvo a ser detectada, sendo a amplificação das mesmas realizada de forma indireta e não específica, ou direta e específica, utilizando reagentes discriminatórios da amplificação, cujo sinal, colorimétrico ou de fluorescência, é registrado pelo dispositivo portátil (1) onde se executa a reação. Este dispositivo é controlado por via de uma aplicação móvel (9) que registra também os dados adquiridos pelo dispositivo (1), analisa-os e armazena-os em um servidor remoto em nuvem (10), que por sua vez analisa o conjunto global de todos os dados por forma a permitir uma análise global de, por exemplo, evolução de epidemias. Desta forma, a presente invenção é útil para a detecção e identificação de sequências nucleicas relevantes para diferentes tipos de diagnóstico em diferentes áreas clínicas, farmacêuticas, veterinárias, alimentares, ambientais, biotecnológicas ou de biossegurança, tendo particular utilidade no diagnóstico rápido, de baixo custo e em ponto de interesse do vírus SARS-CoV-2.INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR THE DETECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF SPECIFIC SEQUENCES OF NUCLEIC ACIDS AND METHOD OF USE OF THE INTEGRATED SYSTEM. The present invention relates to a method and portable device (1) for the detection and identification of specific sequences of nucleic acids in different types of sample, through the use of a reverse transcription technique and/or isothermal amplification, using oligonucleotide primers specific to the target region(s) to be detected, with their amplification being carried out indirectly and non-specifically, or directly and specifically, using discriminatory amplification reagents, whose signal, colorimetric or fluorescence, is recorded by the device laptop (1) where the reaction is carried out. This device is controlled via a mobile application (9) which also records the data acquired by the device (1), analyzes them and stores them on a remote cloud server (10), which in turn analyzes the global set of all data in order to allow a global analysis of, for example, evolution of epidemics. In this way, the present invention is useful for the detection and identification of relevant nucleic sequences for different types of diagnosis in different clinical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, food, environmental, biotechnological or biosafety areas, having particular utility in rapid, low-cost diagnosis. and in point of interest of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
