Abstract

The inner CMP is positioned within the cavity of the outer CMP so that an annular space is defined between the inner CMP and the outer CMP. The tubular concrete base is positioned within the annular space defined between the inner CMP and the outer CMP. A plurality of bracing beams extend radially outward from the tubular concrete base.
