Abstract

MÉTODO E APARELHO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE VÍDEO, MÉTODO DE ARMAZENAMENTO DE UM FLUXO CONTÍNUO DE BITS DE UM VÍDEO, E, MÍDIA LEGÍVEL POR COMPUTADOR. Métodos e aparelho para processamento de vídeo, tais como codificação e/ou decodificação ou decodificação de vídeo, são descritos. Um método de processamento de vídeo de exemplo inclui realizar uma conversão entre um vídeo que tem uma ou mais camadas de vídeo compreendendo uma ou mais figuras de vídeo e um fluxo contínuo de bits do vídeo conforme uma regra de formato, e em que a regra de formato especifica que uma primeira figura de vídeo que é uma figura de ponto de acesso intra-aleatório associada de uma segunda figura e a segunda figura são restritas a pertencer a uma mesma camada de vídeo.
