DISPOSITIVO DISPENSADOR PORTÁTIL MELHORADO DE MEDICAMENTO, MÉTODO PARA MELHORAR A ADMINISTRAÇÃO DE UMA SUBSTÂNCIA TÓPICA INCLUINDO PELO MENOS UM DE UM GRUPO DE UM MEDICAMENTO E UMA FÓRMULA COSMÉTICA. Sistemas, dispositivos e métodos para administração de uma substância tópica, incluindo medicamentos e/ou fórmulas cosméticas, com dióxido de carbono na superfície da pele. Os sistemas regulam o pH, a temperatura e a viscosidade da substância tópica, o que proporciona benefícios ao tratamento da pele. Para tratamentos de beleza, os sistemas diminuem as rugas da pele e hidratam ao mesmo tempo.
