Abstract
NOVA FORMA DE UTILIZAÇÃO DE INIBIDOR DE MULTIQUINASE. A presente invenção pertence ao campo técnico de medicamentos, refere-se à nova forma de utilização de um inibidor de multiquinase e refere-se, particularmente, a um composto de fórmula geral (I) ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, um estereoisômero e uma forma cristalina do mesmo para uso no tratamento de câncer do trato biliar, uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo o composto, um método para tratamento de câncer do trato biliar utilizando o composto, uso do composto no tratamento de câncer do trato biliar, e uso do composto na preparação de um medicamento para tratamento de câncer do trato biliar. As variáveis na fórmula geral são definidas no relatório. Pesquisas demonstram que o composto inibidor de multiquinase de fórmula geral (I) ou o sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, o estereoisômero e a forma cristalina do mesmo têm um efeito de tratamento em câncer do trato biliar, e especialmente em colangiocarcinoma, de modo que o composto da presente invenção tem um enorme potencial de aplicação clínica.
