Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE ADMISSÃO DE MOTOR DE COMBUSTÃO INTERNA PARA VEÍCULO DO TIPO PARA CONDUZIR MONTADO EM SELIM. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de admissão que quando um motor de combustão interna para um veículo do tipo para conduzir montado inclui uma válvula de controle de admissão de ar, como uma válvula de controle de tumble, além de uma válvula borboleta, oferece resistência às vibrações do veículo e resistência ao calor do motor. The present invention relates to an intake device which when an internal combustion engine for a mounted drive-type vehicle includes an air intake control valve, such as a tumble control valve, in addition to a butterfly valve, offers resistance to vehicle vibrations and resistance to engine heat. The inlet device includes a butterfly valve provided in an air intake passage through which inlet air flows into an engine's combustion chamber, the butterfly valve being controlled to open to any degree of opening to control an air volume of admission; and an air intake control valve provided downstream of the butterfly valve, the intake control valve opening or closing the section of a main passage of the air intake passage divided into the main passage and a sub-passage, thus controlling the supply air inlet to the main passage. The inlet device further includes a connecting tube that relays air flows between a throttle body including the throttle valve and an intake control valve device including the intake control valve, which has heat insulating properties, and which has elasticity to allow the throttle body and the intake control valve device to be displaced from each other.
