Abstract
MÉTODO DE COMUNICAÇÃO, APARELHO DE COMUNICAÇÃO, MEIO DE ARMAZENAMENTO LEGÍVEL POR COMPUTADOR, CHIP E SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a método de obtenção de informação sobre configuração e a aparelho (aparato ou conjunto de dispositivos) que pode ser aplicado a um cenário no qual um dispositivo terminal obtém um RNTI. O dispositivo terminal pode estar no modo RRC inativo. O método pode incluir: obter um identificador de célula e obter a primeira informação sobre configuração com base no identificador de célula, onde há uma correspondência entre o identificador de célula e a primeira informação sobre configuração e a primeira informação sobre configuração é usada para configurar um RNTI; e realizar uma ou mais das seguintes operações com base na primeira informação sobre configuração: receber informações sobre controle de downlink, receber dados de downlink, enviar informações sobre controle de uplink ou enviar dados de uplink. De acordo com as modalidades do presente pedido, o dispositivo terminal pode obter o RNTI usado pelo dispositivo terminal no modo RRC inativo, de modo que o dispositivo terminal possa transmitir dados com um baixo consumo de energia.
