Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA ANALISAR PROTEÍNAS DO CAPSÍDEO DE AAV. São fornecidos métodos para caracterizar as proteínas do capsídeo VP1, VP2 e VPS em uma partícula de vírus adenoassociado (AAV) usando cromatografia líquida, espectrometria de massa e/ou espectroscopia visível no ultravioleta (UV).
