Abstract

APARELHO E MÉTODO DE CODIFICAÇÃO/DECODIFICAÇÃO DE VÍDEO PARA EXECUTAR PDPC E MÉTODO PARA TRANSMISSÃO DE FLUXO DE BITS. São fornecidos um método e aparelho de codificação/decodificação de imagem. Um método de decodificação de imagem de acordo com a presente revelação é executado por um aparelho de decodificação de imagem. O método de decodificação de imagem pode compreender gerar um bloco de predição por executar intra predição em um bloco atual, determinar se deve aplicar combinação de intra predição dependente de posição (PDPC) ao bloco de predição e gerar um bloco de predição final do bloco atual por aplicar PDPC ao bloco de predição com base na determinação. A determinação de se deve aplicar PDPC ao bloco de predição pode compreender determinar se um tamanho do bloco atual atende a uma condição predeterminada. Com base no tamanho do bloco atual atendendo a condição predeterminada, pode ser determinado a aplicação de PDPC ao bloco de predição. Com base no tamanho do bloco atual feito não atender a condição predeterminada, uma determinação de um componente de cor do bloco atual pode ser pulado e pode ser determinado não aplicar PDPC ao bloco de predição.
