Abstract
SUBSTRATO DE BETA-LACTAMASE FLUOROGÊNICA E MÉTODO DE DETECÇÃO ASSOCIADO. A presente invenção refere-se a sondas para a detecção de atividade enzimática do tipo ß-lactamase. Em particular, a invenção refere-se a substratos fluorogênicos novos para detectar a presença de uma ß-lactamase cataliticamente ativa e um método de detecção utilizando tais substratos.
