Abstract

FILME DE POLIETILENO DE MULTICAMADAS BIAXIALMENTE ORIENTADO, ARTIGO, E, LAMINADO. A presente invenção refere-se a filmes de polietileno de multicamadas orientados. Em um aspecto, um filme de polietileno de multicamadas biaxialmente orientado compreende pelo menos uma camada compreendendo: (1) uma composição à base de polietileno que compreende: (a) pelo menos 97% em peso, com base no peso total da composição à base de polietileno, de uma composição de polietileno que compreende: (i) de 25 a 37 por cento em peso de uma primeira fração de polietileno que tem uma densidade na faixa de 0,935 a 0,947 g/cm3 e um índice de fusão (I2) de menos do que 0,1 g/10 minutos; e (ii) de 63 a 75 por cento em peso de uma segunda fração de polietileno; e (b) de 20 a 5.000 ppm, com base no peso total da composição à base de polietileno de um agente de nucleação, em que o agente de nucleação compreende um sal de cálcio de ácido 1,2-ciclo-hexanodicarboxílico ou 4-[(4-clorobenzoil)amino]benzoato de sódio; em que a composição de polietileno tem menos de 0,10 de ramificação por 1.000 átomos de carbono quando medida com o uso de RMN de 13C, em que a densidade da composição à base de polietileno é de pelo menos 0,965 g/cm3, e em que o índice de fusão (I2) da composição à base de polietileno é de 0,5 a 10 g/10 minutos.
