Abstract
lente intraocular com desempenho focal ajustado para o tamanho da pupila utilizando modificações no poder refrativo ao longo de trilhas espirais. a presente invenção descreve uma nova família de lentes intraoculares que possuem profundidade de foco estendido ou multifocalidade personalizada. as lentes são projetadas utilizando uma combinação de uma topologia base e uma variação de poder refrativo adicional inserida ao longo de trilhas espirais. a variedade de parâmetros proporciona uma grande versatilidade ao projeto das lentes, o que permite obter as características mais adequadas para atender a uma ampla gama de condições visuais na realização de diferentes atividades. é possível ajustar os parâmetros para desenvolver lentes apto-focais que levem em conta as alterações de desempenho óptico devido às variações de abertura da pupila, bem como para mitigar efeitos disfotópicos positivos.
