Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de um filme bolha (F) compreendendo uma extrusão através de uma fieira (D), um achatamento do filme com um ângulo de dobramento variando, uma medição de um perfil transversal de uma grandeza característica do filme bolha somada sobre duas porções justapostas de uma parede do filme achatado, uma estimação de um perfil polar com base no dito perfil transversal, no qual se determinam posições polares da periferia do filme bolha achatado correspondente a uma posição transversal do filme, determinam-se valores de ângulos discretizados que enquadram cada uma das posições polares, e a parir dos ditos valores de ângulos discretizados, calculam-se coeficientes de interpolação que ligam o perfil polar do filme a um perfil polar discretizado do filme e a partir dos quais se faz uma atualização da estimação do perfil polar discretizado do filme por aplicação de um filtro de Kalman.
