Abstract
COMBINAÇÕES SINÉRGICAS DE INIBIDORES DE HIDRATO DE GÁS ANTIAGLOMERANTE COM COMPOSTOS QUATERNÁRIOS DE BENZIL AMÔNIO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de inibidor de hidrato de gás compreendendo um anfifílico possuindo uma cauda hidrofóbica ligada a um grupo de cabeça hidrofílica por uma porção de ligação, o anfifílico possuindo a fórmula geral (1) [R5-L-N(R1)(R2)(R3)]+ X-(1) em que cada um de R1 e R2 é independentemente um grupo alquila possuindo de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono; ou em que o átomo de nitrogênio e os grupos R1 e R2 juntos formam um grupo heterocíclico substituído ou não substituído; R3 está presente ou não como hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila possuindo de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono que opcionalmente porta um grupo hidróxi ou um grupo carbóxi na posição 2; L é uma porção de ligação compreendendo um grupo hidrocarbila opcionalmente substituído possuindo pelo menos 2 átomos de carbono adjacentes, pelo menos um heteroátomo selecionado a partir de nitrogênio e oxigênio, e opcionalmente um ou mais heteroátomos adicionais; R5 é um grupo hidrocarbila possuindo de 6 a 22 átomos de carbono; e X- está presente como um ânion quando R3 está presente; e um tensoativo catiônico que é selecionado a partir de sais de benzil amônio quaternário possuindo, além do grupo benzila, pelo menos um grupo C8-C18-alquila ligado ao átomo de nitrogênio e um método para usar a composição de inibidor de hidrato de gás.SYNERGIC COMBINATIONS OF ANTI-CAKING GAS HYDRATE INHIBITORS WITH BENZYL AMMONIUM QUATERNARY COMPOUNDS. The present invention relates to a gas hydrate inhibitor composition comprising an amphiphile having a hydrophobic tail attached to a hydrophilic head group by a linking moiety, the amphiphile having the general formula (1) [R5-L-N(R1) )(R2)(R3)]+ X-(1) wherein each of R1 and R2 is independently an alkyl group having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms; or wherein the nitrogen atom and the R1 and R2 groups together form a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group; R3 is or is not present as hydrogen or an alkyl group having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms which optionally bears a hydroxy group or a carboxy group in the 2-position; L is a linking moiety comprising an optionally substituted hydrocarbyl group having at least 2 adjacent carbon atoms, at least one heteroatom selected from nitrogen and oxygen, and optionally one or more additional heteroatoms; R5 is a hydrocarbyl group having from 6 to 22 carbon atoms; and X- is present as an anion when R3 is present; and a cationic surfactant which is selected from quaternary benzyl ammonium salts having, in addition to the benzyl group, at least one C8-C18-alkyl group attached to the nitrogen atom, and a method for using the gas hydrate inhibitor composition.
