Abstract

TRATAMENTO TÉRMICO REGULADO DE FOLHA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para o tratamento térmico de tiras ou folhas de metal na forma de bobinas de tira ou folha em um forno de tratamento térmico para remover resíduos de laminação. O objetivo de prover um método para o tratamento térmico de tiras ou folhas de metal na forma de bobinas de tira ou folha em um forno de tratamento térmico para remover resíduos de laminação, por meio do qual produtos de metal de alta qualidade podem ser produzidos de maneira confiável e econômica e a taxa de rejeição de tiras e folhas de metal pode ser reduzida, é atingido, em que, enquanto o tratamento térmico está sendo executado, o teor de pelo menos um produto de evaporação e/ou oxidação é determinado na atmosfera do forno e/ou no gás de escape do processo e é usado para o controle ou a regulagem do processo do tratamento térmico, em que a dinâmica da remoção de resíduos de laminação nas tiras ou folhas de metal é controlada ou regulada durante o tratamento térmico. A invenção refere-se ainda a um dispositivo para o tratamento térmico de tiras ou folhas de metal para executar o método de acordo com a invenção.
