Abstract
É fornecido um método de decodificação implementado por um decodificador de vídeo. O método inclui receber (1002) um fluxo de bits incluindo um conjunto de parâmetros de sequência (SPS) contendo um primeiro indicador e um indicador de comprimento de um valor de bits mais significativos (MSB) de contagem de ordem de imagem (POC) quando presente em um cabeçalho referente ao SPS, onde um valor do primeiro indicador especifica que um segundo indicador está presente no cabeçalho referente ao SPS, e onde um valor do segundo indicador especifica que o valor POC MSB está presente no cabeçalho; determinar (1004) um valor POC com base no valor POC MSB; identificar (1006) uma imagem do fluxo de bits com base no valor POC; e decodificar (1008) a imagem para obter uma imagem decodificada.
